Ice Storm - Update 820pm

Mt. Vernon is really taking it hard. I'm hearing reports of trees down, power lines down.
I heard about 745 that Freistatt was without power.
Rain continues. One Lawrence county deputy reported that he had slid around in his patrol car.
Reports are not many people are on the road. Many apparently have taken the advice of the media and law enforcement to stay home.
