The Highway Patrol filed a report on the two-car head-on south of the Chrysler dealership.
A north bound SUV driven by 44-year old Kevin Lewis of Crane and a south car driven by Jerrad Trowbridge (age unknown) of Crane struck head-on at the crest of a hill. The patrol said Lewis’s vehicle was on the wrong side of the road.
Trowbridge was taken to Cox South in Springfield with serious injuries. The accident occured at 655pm Friday evening on Lawrence county 1210, about a mile south of the Chrysler dealership.
